Terms and Conditions

Delivery
This is included in the shed price, delivery is free.
Our order acknowledgment will designate a delivery date.
If this date is inconvenient, then you should contact us as soon as possible.
We are not able to give exact delivery times.
If you call us on the day off your delivery between 9.00 and 9.30 a.m., we may be able to say whether the delivery will be made before or after midday.
If you cannot be present on the day of delivery, you can leave a diagram in a plastic bag in an obvious place on the erection site.
This diagram should illustrate where and how the shed should be erected.

Delivery only
We offer a discount of 5% off the advertised price for delivery only.
You will then be responsible for putting the shed together and erecting it.

Shed Erection
In order to erect your shed correctly, it is important that the proposed erection site is flat and level. Our installation team cannot do this for you.
A redelivery charge of £50 will be made if the site has not been prepared when we deliver as scheduled.
We recommend 3" treated bearers if your shed is to be erected on soil or grass.
Bearers are spaced at approx. 12" intervals and run the length of the shed.

Sheds
Sheds sizes are approximate and may vary without warning.
All sheds are fitted with a floor, glass and green mineral roofing felt.
Wood treatment, uprights, bearers, styrene safety glass and intruder alarms are all optional extras and are additional to basic shed prices.

Prices
All prices include VAT.

Payment
Strictly payment before or on day of delivery.
If you cannot be present on the day of delivery, you may either send us a cheque in advance or leave a cheque with your diagram (see deliveries above).
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to: I.N.sheds. Our order number should be written on the reverse of the cheque.

We accept all major credit cards as payment.

Refunds

In the event that a refund is necessary this will be made by cheque or postal order and sent by post to the ordering address within 28 days.
